Samantha is in her second year at LA Southwest. She graduated from and played on the varsity basketball team at Frederick Douglass High School (Los Angeles) in 2011. Samantha would love to attend Cal State Long Beach after her 2 years at Southwest,  and hopefully proceed to the WNBA. Her favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant, and the people she looks up to most are her family.

Best thing about attending Southwest College: "I like the basketball team, and Southwest has a GREAT Child development program."
