Reprographics Work Order Request Policy
To fill your orders, please remember to complete the Reprographics Work Order Form. Once you have completed the request form, email it to lascreprographics@lasc.edu.
This policy has been effective since March 1, 2013. The reprographics team will only process requests that are complete and sent vialascreprographics@lasc.edu. Hand-delivered requests will always be filled.

Instructions
Faculty and Staff can submit copy work requests using any of the following methods:

In Person — Submit copy work request through the Reprographic Services Department’s service window during business hours. In-person submissions of copy work requests of tests must be given to the Department’s staff (James Flagg, Rene Marquez, Reggie McCoy), and not to any Student Worker.

Department’s Self-Service Area “Printing Requests/Campus Mail” Slot — Place copy work requests in the Reprographic Services Department’s self-service area “Printing Requests/Campus Mail” slot. Copy work requests of tests submitted through the “Printing Requests/Campus Mail” slot must be in a sealed envelope addressed to “J. Flagg/R. Marquez” (to ensure that at least one of us receives the request). The Reprographic Services Department’s self-service area hours of operations (self-service copiers and access to the mailboxes and mail slots) are posted in Hours of Operations.

Via Email — Attach MS Word or Adobe Acrobat files to mail note and send to: “LASCReprographics@lasc.edu”.
NOTES:

All copy work orders (hard copy or digital) must include a telephone number where the requestor can be contacted in case of any questions regarding the copy work order request.

Copy work requests via email must include all copy work order related information (number of originals, copies per original, single/double-sided copying, paper color, paper size, collated/uncollected sorting, and stapled/unstapled output) in the body of the message.

For security reasons, please state clearly if the copy work order submission is of a test.

An email reply informing of the copy work order competition will be sent to those who submit copy work orders via email.

If you want us to call you when your copy work order is ready for pick up, please write "Please call when ready" in the copy work order form or in the body of your email. Do not forget to include a phone number where you can be reached.
Faculty and Staff can pick-up processed copy work requests using any of the following methods:

In person — Pick-up processed copy work requests through the Reprographic Services Department’s service window during business hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (except holidays). In-person processed copy work requests pick-ups of tests can be done only by the requesting Faculty member. Processed copy work orders of tests will not be given to other individuals, including Student Workers, besides the original requestor. Exceptions where a fellow Faculty member or Department Chair would be allowed to pick-up a processed copy work order of a test is possible upon request.

Evening and Saturday pick-ups of processed copy work requests — All evening and Saturday part-time Faculty can requests the delivery of the processed copy work requests to their respective mail boxes (in the Academic Affairs Department).
- Evening and Saturday pick-ups of processed copy work requests of tests — Evening and Saturday pick-ups of processed copy work requests of tests by evening and Saturday part-time Faculty can be done by contacting the Evening and Saturday Administrators. The hours for evening and Saturday pick-ups of processed copy work orders of tests are as follows: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
