  • Center For Retention and Transfer

The Los Angeles Southwest College Center for Retention and Transfer assists students transferring to a four-year college or university. Representatives from the University of California, the California State University system and private colleges, such as the University of Southern California, provide regular visits to campus and give up-to-date information to students.

Tours to many colleges and universities are arranged, and students may sign up for these tours at the Transfer Center, located in Student Services Center 216. All students planning to transfer are encouraged to use the Transfer Center for information and assistance. College catalogs are available for students use. Academic advisement, tutoring, and university application assistance are available. Evening counseling is available by appointment.
